In all seriousness, we all need to figure out exactly what our bodies need and that's different for everyone. If you follow ANY way of eating, it's important to make sure you're getting the whole spectrum of nutrients necessary for the optimal functioning of your body.
A major key for my own nutrition?! THIS GUY.
Every. Single. Day. I make myself (and Marco 😂) a green superfood protein smoothie. I put a BOATLOAD of greens (usually spinach), flax, chia or hemp seeds, frozen banana, superfood powder, vegan protein powder, and water. It's a fast, easy and delicious way to get a powerful dose of: greens, fats, protein, amino acids, vitamins & minerals. If I go off track one day and my nutrition isn't so great, this guy saves the day. I don't have to overthink it, I just put everything in the blender and knock it back.
Make it easy on yourself. Find a way of eating that makes you feel your best, gives you tons of energy and works with your lifestyle. It may take a while to find your sweet spot, but you're the only one who can do this work and ultimately, you're the one that will benefit most from putting in that effort.
When you feel good in your body, everything else is a bajillion times easier. Wanna manifest a life you're obsessed with? Start with taking super good care of the vessel you were given, and from there you can attract wealth, love, success, adventures, etc.
