Every. Single. Day. I make myself (and Marco 😂) a green superfood protein smoothie. I put a BOATLOAD of greens (usually spinach), flax, chia or hemp seeds, frozen banana, superfood powder, vegan protein powder, and water. It's a fast, easy and delicious way to get a powerful dose of: greens, fats, protein, amino acids, vitamins & minerals. If I go off track one day and my nutrition isn't so great, this guy saves the day. I don't have to overthink it, I just put everything in the blender and knock it back.⁠

Make it easy on yourself. Find a way of eating that makes you feel your best, gives you tons of energy and works with your lifestyle. It may take a while to find your sweet spot, but you're the only one who can do this work and ultimately, you're the one that will benefit most from putting in that effort.⁠

Il caffè è spesso il primo pensiero al mattino, dopo i pasti, quando si è affamati o quando c’è bisogno di energie.

Ma quali sono i benefici di questa bevanda?
✅ È in grado di aumentare la concentrazione, lo stato di veglia e riesce anche ad avere un effetto diuretico
✅ È anti-infiammatorio e contiene antiossidanti che lo rendono utile nella prevenzione di patologie croniche, malattie cardiovascolari (migliorando la qualità del nostro sangue), tumori e diabete “alimentare”
✅ Aumenta il senso di sazietà e può aiutare a contrastare l’obesità 
Ma, come per ogni cosa, un suo abuso può avere diversi effetti negativi:
❌ può aumentare il colesterolo, l’omocisteina e la pressione sanguigna ❌ può portare a stati di ansietà ❌ forse esiste una correlazione tra il caffè ed il tumore ai polmoni nei fumatori
❌ non va consumato in gravidanza 
Il mio consiglio è, dunque, di non superare le 3-4 tazze al giorno per non avere problemi legati ad un suo abuso.

🇬🇧 EASY ROASTED TURMERIC CAULIFLOWER 📝 1 small cauliflower ~olive oil~1/2 tsp turmeric~juice of half lime~sea salt~black pepper~200g cherry tomatoes ~400g tinned/boiled black beans~1 heaped tsp nigella seeds~1/2 tsp paprika~soured cream
•240C oven temperature •Mix chopped cauliflower, olive oil, turmeric, lime juice and 30ml water and put in the hot oven for 15 minutes •Add the rest and roast for another 10 minutes •Serve with soured cream
