Would you rather have sweet or savory salmon? 🤔

I picked up 2 beautiful fillets of salmon from the store and decided to prepare one of them with my sugar-free teriyaki glaze and the other with my favorite salmon seasoning blend. 🤤
•
Baked the salmon with an assortment of veggies from the farmers market for an easy, delicious, & nourishing dinner that will provide 5-6 solid meals 🙌🏼
•
Ingredients for teriyaki glaze: 
2 tbsp Coconut oil 
2 TBSP golden monkfruit 
1/4 cup Tamari 
2 tsp Apple cider vinegar 
2 tsp Ginger powder (or fresh ginger) 
1 tsp Garlic powder 
Optional to add a bit of Arrowroot powder or flour of your choice  to thicken •
•
Directions: 
1) Stir coconut oil & granulated sweetener in a sauce pan over medium heat 
2) Once dissolved, add in remaining ingredients 
3) Brush sauce over salmon fillets and bake at 320° for 14-16 mins •
•
The bake time will vary depending on how you like your salmon cooked, but the more rare the better. Personally I cook mine to an internal temp of 117° 👌🏼
•
The seasoning blend I used for the other fillet consisted of: roadkill seasoning + paprika + Celtic sea salt --- one of my go-to combos for epic salmon 💯

Er hjemme fra sommerhus og har opnået den der sommerferietilstand, hvor man sover 10 timer hver nat, er træt hele tiden, har ondt i kroppen af at ligge for meget ned og ikke tænker på andet, end hvor ens næste måltid skal komme fra og hvilken serie, man gerne vil gense. Every. Single. Day. I make myself (and Marco 😂) a green superfood protein smoothie. I put a BOATLOAD of greens (usually spinach), flax, chia or hemp seeds, frozen banana, superfood powder, vegan protein powder, and water. It's a fast, easy and delicious way to get a powerful dose of: greens, fats, protein, amino acids, vitamins & minerals. If I go off track one day and my nutrition isn't so great, this guy saves the day. I don't have to overthink it, I just put everything in the blender and knock it back.⁠

Make it easy on yourself. Find a way of eating that makes you feel your best, gives you tons of energy and works with your lifestyle. It may take a while to find your sweet spot, but you're the only one who can do this work and ultimately, you're the one that will benefit most from putting in that effort.⁠

Tofu Scramble: (1 servings)
0.5 tablespoon olive oil
(0.5) 16-ounce block firm tofu
1 tablespoons nutritional yeast
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.13 teaspoon turmeric
0.13 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoons non-dairy milk, unsweetened and unflavored

Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Mash the block of tofu right in the pan, with a potato masher or a fork. You can also crumble it into the pan with your hands. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3-4 minutes until the water from the tofu is mostly gone.
Now add the nutritional yeast, salt, turmeric and garlic powder. Cook and stir constantly for about 5 minutes.
Pour the non-dairy milk into the pan, and stir to mix.
